• We ship across India. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
